A huge thank you to all of the children who entered our Easter paste-egg competition on Thursday.  We were caught by surprise by the huge number of entrants!  (Though why would we expect anything else from our wonderful pupils?)  In the end, in addition to giving 2 prizes for the overall winners (each of whom received a pair of cinema tickets) we decided to award a prize to the best egg in each class too – such was the quality and variety of the entries.  Happily, I didn’t have the job of  what proved to be a very difficult task in choosing the winning entries! That  challenge was given to Reverend Steele from Spoor Methodist Church who was in school to deliver our Easter service.  Thank you, Reverend Steel!

I thoroughly enjoyed looking at all of the eggs on display in our hall, children.  Creativity in abundance! Here are some pictures for you to enjoy.

Have a wonderful Easter break, everyone.
