It was a lovely afternoon on Monday 23rd April for our COCO Fun Run.  Dressed as our favourite film or book characters, we took to the school grounds led by our fabulous pace-setter, Mr Black (whose shiny shell-suit took those of us who were around then right back to the 1908s!)

Joining us for the afternoon was Jess Hamer, Communications and Development Officer from local charity, COCO, who shared the role of distributing medals to our runners with me.

All of the sponsorship money we raise from the event will be used to help to fund a much-needed new roof at Mercy Primary School in Kenya, the old one being torn off in recent storms there.

Congratulations to all of the runners!
