Year 6

Mrs Petrie and Mrs Rutherford

Welcome!

And so the final year in Fellside Primary School begins. The 2017/2018 will be packed with adventures such as our outward bound residential visit to Robinwood, as well as learning those essential academic skills to equip the children for their future learning beyond Fellside.

I am excited about teaching this fabulous year group and, most importantly, getting to know and guide your children through this exciting and challenging chapter of their education at Fellside.

Year 6 is a wonderful time in your children’s lives. I’m sure they will embrace the challenges, responsibilities and privileges of being the oldest children in our school.

Mrs Rutherford and I look forward to working with the children and your continued support throughout this important SATs year. If you have any questions about your child’s education or need any advice, please do not hesitate to contact me or another member of the Year 6 Team.

Year 6 Entrepreneurs and their International Cafe

Ready for a new challenge after what has long been referred to at Fellside as 'Enterprise Week', this year's Year 6 class bravely blazed the trail for a new 'spin' on a much-loved tradition.  The usual stalls-on-the-yard selling sweets and cakes was shelved in favour...
