Today we had the pleasure of Sam and Amy from Fellside Methodist Church, who came to tell us all about the true meaning of Christmas. They brought with them a lovely wooden Nativity set to retell the story of the birth of Jesus then the children had the opportunity to play with some of the toys and books they had brought along. They told us all about ‘Bouncy Church’ which takes place on the first Saturday of every month from 4pm till 5.30pm and all are welcome. They also have sent some advent colouring in, which the children should have brought home, and they can be entered in the competition on the back.
