Year 1 had a visit from Sara who works with the school to teach us about road safety. We learnt all about how to cross the road safely by stopping, looking, listening and thinking. We learnt it was important to look right then left then right again before we crossed and discussed safe places and ways to cross the road. We also had fun dressing up as vehicles and taking turns to be the lollipop person to help stop the traffic and allow the children to cross the road safely!
